Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of BarsVision (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others, including uploading audio, lyrics, images, or logos you do not have the rights to use;
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way;
  • Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly prohibited and reported to authorities;
  • Promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics;
  • Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or knowingly false;
  • Impersonates a real person or entity, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
  • Depicts realistic likenesses of real individuals without their consent (including deepfakes intended to deceive);
  • Is unlawful or facilitates illegal activity in your jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through excessive automated requests, scraping, or denial-of-service activity;
  • Circumvent usage limits, credit charges, rate limits, or any access controls;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train competing machine-learning models;
  • Share, transfer, or sell credits, or exploit promotions or billing in bad faith.

3. Payment and Credits

Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Credits are a digital entitlement to use the Service, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Fraudulent payments, unauthorized chargebacks, or abuse of refunds may result in suspension. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. AI-generated output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing it before use, including any commercial use.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit or suspend access, or terminate accounts, with or without notice. We may flag an account for manual review when we detect a payment dispute or suspected abuse. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
